ARTIST AGREEMENT

SOCIAL MEDIA + PROMOTION 

1. Follow the Fierce Animals Facebook and Instagram pages.

2. Provide us with your current Facebook and Instagram handles.

3. Accept the Facebook event co-hosting request and invite the maximum limit.

4. Do not make any public announcements about the event until the Eventbrite page is live. 

5. Include the ticket link in all Posts and Stories + be sure to tag @fierceanimals and other artists.  

6. Post Stories to all platforms a mimimum of 3 times per week up to the event.

7. Include the ticket link in all Posts and Stories 
   

EQUIPMENT

DOWNSTAIRS: Pioneer V10 mixer plus 4x CDJ-3000s is the standard.
UP STAIRS: Pioneer Nexus 2 or better mixer plus 4x CDJ nexus or better is the standard.

** Equipment is always subject to change. Please ensure you're prepared ahead of time and we’ll let you know the week of if there are changes.


TICKET SALES

Until the early bird tickets all sell out we will not offer discount codes.
If you would like an affiliate link for event tickets to please let us know.

GUEST LIST

The week of the event we will inform you of your guest list capacity. We ask that you be prepared to fill a guest list of at least 10 people.
Please complete the guestlist form no later than 1:00pm the night of the show.

The passowrd will be provided to you the week of the event.

PAYMENT

Not all DJs have been promised payment for the event.
If you have been offered a fee, please send an email to info@fierceanimals.com after the show requesting your fee.
Please allow up to 14 days for payment.


HOSPITALITY

Each DJ will be provided with 2 drink tickets. 
The green room is NOT promised and rarely used.


VIBE CHECK 

Please exercise professionalism during the event and represent yourself properly.
The venue requires we keep a contrast between rooms;
UPSTAIRS: Groovier house, disco, tech house, etc capped to 126 bpm is the pocket.
DOWNSTAIRS: Peak Time Driving, Dark Groovy, Minimal & Hard Techno is the vibe.
We trust you will play appropriate music and match the style we have defined.
We reserve the right to end your set early if these expectations are unmet.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 75 minutes prior to your set time.
If you are opening the night we ask that you be at the venue no later than 30 minutes before you are scheduled to begin.
